How long does a full interior & exterior detail take?

Plan on 3–6 hours depending on size and condition. More time = deeper perfection. You’ll pick your time when booking.

Do you offer interior-only or exterior-only packages?

Yes. Select Interior Only or Exterior Only inside the booking flow. If you’re unsure, book Standard and add a note—we’ll confirm before work starts.

What’s included in the Standard vs. Advanced vs. Premium packages?

Standard delivers a strong maintenance clean. Advanced adds light shampoo or targeted pet hair plus more time on crevices. Premium spends the most time for a tighter finish and includes a gloss booster/ceramic topper. All three are great; choose by how perfect you want it.

How do add-ons work? (Engine bay, clay bar, etc.)

Add-ons are quoted by condition. Popular options: Engine Bay Detailing and a Clay Bar Treatment for glass-smooth paint. Mention add-ons when booking or text photos for a quick quote.

Mobile detailing or shop—what’s better?

We do both. Mobile is convenient; the shop (280 Napoleon Rd, Michigan Center) gives us ideal lighting and tools. Choose what fits your day—we’ll confirm either way.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please remove personal items and car seats if possible. For mobile visits, let us know about power/water access; if not available, we’ll plan accordingly or book at the shop.

How is pricing handled for heavy pet hair, odors, or severe spill cleanup?

These require extra time and are priced as add-ons. We’ll give you an upfront quote after a quick look or photos—no surprises.

What do you use on the paint—will it protect the finish?

Every full detail includes a sealant or topper for temporary protection and gloss. Want longer protection? Ask about our ceramic options on the Ceramic/Coatings page.

Payment methods and deposits?

We accept major cards and cash. Some services may require a small deposit at booking to hold the slot—applied to your total at checkout.

Weather or cancellation policy?

If Michigan weather won’t cooperate for mobile work, we’ll move you to the shop or reschedule. Need to cancel? Please give 24 hours notice so we can refill the slot.
