This Privacy Policy explains how A&A Auto Customs uses information submitted through its websites, quote tools, appointment and service-request forms, and authorized business systems.

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, contact information, vehicle and service-request details, and appointment information. When authorized, ATLAS may process Meta campaign performance and lead-form data to match inquiries with appointments or bookings and to support internal marketing attribution.

How information is used

Information is used for internal business operations, customer follow-up, quote and appointment handling, service-request fulfillment, appointment attribution, and performance analysis. A&A Auto Customs does not sell personal information.

SMS consent and customer-care messages

Providing a phone number does not by itself constitute SMS consent. SMS permission is requested separately through an optional checkbox that is not pre-selected. If you affirmatively consent, A&A Auto Customs may send customer-care text messages about your quote, appointment, or service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

A valid STOP request is retained as suppression truth and prevents future ATLAS outbound text messages unless you later provide a valid re-subscription. We preserve opt-out history rather than treating a missing response as consent.

Access, security, and retention

Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems. Server credentials, provider tokens, and secrets are not exposed to browser code. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and retain records only as needed for business operations, legal obligations, security, attribution, and documented consent or suppression history.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The Tint Builder uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security, abuse prevention, and distinguishing legitimate submissions from automated traffic. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to provide Turnstile. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Terms.
