Website and service requests

These Terms govern your use of A&A Auto Customs websites, quote tools, and service-request forms. Submitting a request does not by itself confirm an appointment, availability, final pricing, or completion date. We may contact you using the information you provide to respond to your request.

Customer-care text messages

If you separately check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive customer-care text messages from A&A Auto Customs about your quote, appointment, or service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. After a valid STOP request, A&A Auto Customs will suppress further text messages unless you later provide a valid re-subscription.

Carrier and network availability

Mobile carriers and network providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by conditions outside the control of A&A Auto Customs.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
